Number of times you have joined a Channel in SkyWay. A Channel is a group unit for making calls, and users who have joined a Channel talk to each other. For example, if two people are calling, each person connects to the Channel once, so the number of connections is two.
What is TURN server usage?
This is the amount of data traffic generated for some communications that require the use of a TURN server when using P2P Room. TURN servers enable communications in network environments where P2P communications are not available, such as corporate networks. If a P2P connection is deemed unavailable, communication is established via the TURN server. Please consider the following as a guide for the percentage of TURN servers used.
- LANs of companies, schools, etc.: 20% LAN for home use: 10% - Mobile lines such as 4G LTE, 5G: 1%

What is SFU server usage?
This is the amount of data traffic generated when using SFU Room. SFU Server is a server to realize large number of calls and distribution in SFU Room. All communications in the SFU Room are counted as data traffic.

What is Recording data amount?
This is the amount of data sent from SkyWay's Recording Server to your cloud storage. The Recording Server is the server that enables the recording and recording of calls.
What is the Analytics search period?
Analytics is a feature for analysing SkyWay's coverage and quality. How far back in time data can be viewed depends on the plan.

What is a base fee?
The fee charged when using the Enterprise Plan. The amount will be prorated with a maximum monthly fee of 100,000 Yen (110,000 Yen including tax). For details, please see the FAQs here.
What does number of connections refer to?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that accrues on the number of connections. At the end of each month, the number of connections per month is rounded up to the nearest whole number in increments of 1,000. For example, if you have one connection per month, it will be rounded up to 1,000.
What is TURN traffic fee?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that accrues on the TURN communications volume. At the end of each month, the TURN traffic per month is rounded up to the nearest whole number in 1GB increments. For example, if the TURN traffic per month is 0.5 GB, it will be rounded up to 1 GB.
What is SFU traffic fee?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that accrues on the SFU communication volume. At the end of each month, the amount of SFU communications per month is rounded up to the nearest whole number in increments of 1GB. For example, if the SFU airtime per month is 5.5 GB, it will be rounded up to 6 GB.
What is SFU usage time fee?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that is incurred for each SFU resource allocation time (video/audio). For details, please see FAQ here.
What is Video recording transfer fee?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that accrues for video recordings. At the end of each month, the video recording data transfer amount per month is rounded up to the nearest whole number in 1GB increments. For example, if the video recording data transfer amount per month is 0.5 GB, it will be rounded up to 1 GB.
What is Audio recording transfer fee?
This is a pay-as-you-go charge that accrues for video recordings. At the end of each month, the audio recording data transfer amount per month is rounded up to the nearest whole number in 1GB increments. For example, if the audio recording data transfer amount per month is 0.5 GB, it will be rounded up to 1 GB.
