Free Plan
This plan is available for development and verification. Try out the development experience and call quality.
Please sign up for the Free plan and start development. Once development and testing is complete, and before the commercial release of the service, please switch to the Enterprise plan.
With the Enterprise plan, additional fees may apply in addition to the basic usage fee. Please use the following fee simulator to get an estimate of the costs.
Connection Types
Video quality
Number of calls/Month
100 Count / Month
10010,000
Number of people calling per session
2 People / Count
If you choose one-on-one calling, two people are fixed.
※Estimates are based on the assumption of a 10% TURN Usage rate.※TURN traffic amount is displayed in the price breakdown as GB values rounded to the nearest whole number.

This is a pay-as-you-go charge based on the number of times you join a group (“Room”) for a call. At the end of the month, the number of connections for that month is rounded up to the nearest 1,000 and calculated.
What is TURN traffic fee?
This is a charge incurred based on the amount of data communicated using a relay server (TURN server) when calls cannot be connected directly in certain network environments. Charges are billed at the end of each month, rounded up to the nearest 1 GB.
What is SFU traffic fee?
This is the charge incurred based on the amount of data transmitted by the SFU server used for multi-party calls and broadcasts. The amount is calculated at the end of each month, rounded up to the nearest 1 GB.
What is technical support?
This is a technical consultation service for development and operation. Our support engineers will respond to your inquiries regarding implementation methods for call functions, troubleshooting, system design advice, and more. We are available 24 hours a day, with support available on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What is a base fee?
The fee charged when using the Enterprise Plan. The amount will be prorated with a maximum monthly fee of 100,000 Yen (110,000 Yen including tax). For details, please see the FAQs here.

What is SFU usage time fee (audio)?
This is a charge incurred according to the usage time of the voice communication bandwidth (resources) secured in advance to enable stable multi-party calls. Charges are billed per minute, and the number of recipients is set for each transmission. Decimal places are rounded down.
What is SFU usage time fee (video)?
This is a charge incurred according to the usage time of the video communication bandwidth (resources) secured in advance to enable stable multi-party calls. Charges are billed per minute, and the number of recipients is set for each transmission. Decimal places are rounded down.
What is Video recording transfer fee?
This is the fee incurred when transferring recorded video data from SkyWay's server to your cloud storage. At the end of each month, you will be billed for the amount of data transferred, rounded up to the nearest 1 GB.
What is Audio recording transfer fee?
This is the fee incurred when transferring recorded call data from SkyWay's server to your cloud storage. The transfer data volume is rounded up to the nearest 1GB at the end of each month and billed accordingly.
What is the Analytics usage fee?
This is a fixed fee incurred when using features that visualize call and communication status and check and improve quality. The Analytics search period is the period during which past data can be viewed.
Approximate bitrate of video quality
The following video quality can be achieved by specifying maxBitrate at the time of implementation.
Low (144p)
Medium (480p)
150kbps
650kbps
High (1080p)
No video
2,300kbps
32kbps
※ Depending on your network environment, video quality may be reduced.
TURN server / SFU server terms of use
For billing purposes, the use of either TURN Server or SFU Server is subject to the following conditions.
When selecting multi-party calls
If the conditions in the table below are met, the SFU Server will be used. If not, the TURN Server will be used.
With video
6 people or more
No video
21 people or more
When selecting 1:1 call
TURN server will be used.
When selecting streaming
SFU server will be used.
※ In reality, SFU servers are used via TURN servers due to special communication environment conditions, but this is not taken into account in the calculations.
